17 GCA § 8106: Staff Development.

A staff development program shall be established to include pre-service and in-service training of employees and the expansion of undergraduate and graduate courses in Chamorro language and culture at the University. This program shall be funded by either federal or local grants, or both, as identified by the Department with the advice of the Project Director for the Chamorro Language and Culture Program.
