- ARTICLE 6: MEMBER’S INTEREST IN LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION
A member’s interest:
(a) is personal property;
(b) consists of:
(1) governance rights;
(2) financial rights; and
(3) the right or obligation, if any, to do business with the limited cooperative association; and
(c) may be in certificated or uncertificated form.
