18 GCA § 55315: Substitute, Who is Liable.

- ARTICLE 3: OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE
An employee who is expressly authorized to employ a substitute is liable to his principal only for want of ordinary care in his selection. The substitute is directly responsible to the principal.
