19 GCA § 12109: Construction.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) This Chapter shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states and territories which enact it.

(b) This Chapter shall not be construed as providing an exclusive method for making gifts to minors.
