2 GCA § 10101: Legislative Agencies Fund: Creation.

There is created a special fund of the government of Guam to be known as “Legislative Agencies Fund,” which fund shall be kept separate and apart from the Legislature Operations Fund and separate books and accounts kept with respect to the Legislative Agencies Fund.
