2 GCA § 6101: Asian Pacific Parliamentarians Union.

The Guam Legislature shall be an associate member of the Asian Pacific Parliamentarians Union. The Speaker shall be Guam's Chief Delegate to the Asian Pacific Parliamentarians Union. He shall appoint members of the Legislature or other citizens of the Territory to serve as Guam's delegates to attend meetings of the Union.

The Guam Legislature may take whatever action is required to maintain its membership in the Union including but not limited to payment of annual assessments, hosting meetings and attending meetings.
