2 GCA § 7106: Sessions.

Chapter 7: Youth Congress

Regular sessions of the Congress shall be held each third Saturday of the year exclusive of holidays, commencing the third Saturday in November, and shall continue for Two (2) calendar years. Sessions shall be held in the legislative chamber of the Guam Legislature.
