21 GCA § 104112: Acting as Broker or Salesman or Advertising as Broker Without Being Licensed: Punishment.

Any person acting as a real estate broker or real estate salesman without a license or who advertises using words indicating that he is a real estate broker without being so licensed shall, upon conviction thereof, if a natural person, be guilty of a petty misdemeanor; or if a corporation, be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
