21 GCA § 104212: Limited Real Estate Salesman’s License: Issuance: Requirements.

Upon the making of a written application and the payment of the fee for a limited real estate salesman’s license, the Commissioner may issue the license to the applicant before completing his investigation into the applicant’s honesty. truthfulness and good reputation when the applicant has demonstrated by written examination that he has

(a) appropriate knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and spelling, and of elementary arithmetic, and

(b) a fair understanding of the obligations between principal and agent and the provisions of this Division relating to real estate.
