21 GCA § 104219: Persons to Whom Issuance of Restricted License Is Authorized: Requiring Filing of Bond.

As one of the conditions to the issuance of a restricted license authorized by § 104216 the Commissioner may require the filing of surety bonds in such form and condition as be may require in respect to the restricted licensee for the protection of persons or classes of persons with whom said licensee may deal.
