21 GCA § 104228: Maintenance of Place of Business: Business to be Done from Location Stipulated in License: Notice of Change of Business Location.

(a) Every licensed real estate broker shall have and maintain a definite place of business in Guam which shall serve as his office for the transaction of business. This office shall be the place where his license is displayed and where personal consultations with clients are held.

(b) Notice in writing shall be given the Commissioner of change of business location of a real estate broker, whereupon the Commissioner shall issue a new license for the unexpired period.

(c) No real estate license authorizes the licensee to do business except from the location stipulated in the real estate license.
