21 GCA § 104401: License Fees: Payment: Expiration of Licenses.

(a) All real estate license fees shall be payable in advance of issuing the licenses and at the time of filing the application.

(b) Unless otherwise provided, all licenses expire at midnight of the last day of the period for which issued.
