21 GCA § 29102: Registrar of Titles.

The Director of Land Management shall be ex officio
registrar of titles and shall have and exercise all of the duties,
powers and functions of said office. He is authorized to
designate one or more employees of the Department of Land
Management as deputy registrars of titles.
