21 GCA § 29125: Form of Certificate.

No particular form of certificate of title is required, but the same may be, subject to such changes as the case may required, substantially in the following form:

Territory of Guam, ss:

A. B. [State occupation and residence,

giving street and lot number], Territory of

Guam [if administrator, give the name of the

deceased; if a minor give his age; if under

other disability, state its nature], married to

[name of husband or wife, or if not married so

state], is the owner of an estate in fee simple

[or as the case may be] in the following land

[insert description contained in the decree].

Subject, however, to the estates, easements,

liens, encumbrances and charges hereunder

noted [in case of trust, condition, or limitation,

say in trust, or u pon condition, or with

limitation, as the case may be].
