ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

The provisions of P.L. 12-226 commonly known as the Chamorro Land Trust Act (21 GCA §§ 75101-75117) shall not apply to any land conveyed pursuant to the authority contained in §§ 60106 and 60108 of this Title.
