- ARTICLE 3: USE REGULATIONS
(a) Use Permitted.
(1) One-family dwellings.
(2) Gardening and the keeping of pets for noncommercial purposes.
(3) Bed and breakfasts.
(4) Use customarily accessory to any of the above uses, including accessory dwelling units, home occupations and private parking areas with accessory buildings and structures.
(b) Conditional Use.
(1) Duplexes.
(2) Schools and churches.
(3) Parks, playgrounds and community centers.
(4) Health service office, outpatient with laboratory.
(5) Utilities and public facilities.
(6) Short-term vacation rental units.
