ARTICLE 2: PROCEDURE FOR SUBDIVIDING LAND

Within one year after approval of tentative subdivision plans, the subdivider shall file with the Guam Planner the final plans prepared in accordance with § 62402 of this Chapter. The final plans shall be accompanied by a written application for approval thereof in a form prescribed by the Commission.
