21 GCA § 62302: Application to Establish Lot Parcelling or Agricul- tural Subdivisions.

A subdivider desiring to parcel lots or subdivide land for agricultural purposes shall make a written application therefor on a form prescribed by the Commission. The application shall be filed with the Guam Planner and shall be accompanied by the original and two (2) copies of a survey map prepared in accordance with § 62305 of this Chapter.
