ARTICLE 3: LOT PARCELLING AND AGRICULTURAL SUBDIVISIONS

Upon final approval of a lot parcelling or agricultural subdivision map by the Guam Planner or Commission, the subdivider shall record the map in conformity to §§ 60315-60319 of this Title, which map shall not be effective until recorded.
