21 GCA § 62701: Violation Penalties.

(a) Any individual agent, partnership, firm, association,

corporation or any other legal entity violating any of the

provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a violation. Such

individual agent, partnership, firm, association, corporation or

other legal entity shall be deemed guilty of an offense for each

day or portion thereof in which any violation is committed,

continued or permitted, and shall be punishable as herein

provided for each such day or portion.

(b) The imposition of any sentence made under this Section shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this Chapter.
