21 GCA § 66110: Delegation of Authority.

The Director of Public Works is hereby empowered to delegate any authority granted herein, except the authority to promulgate rules and any regulations as hereinafter set forth in § 66116, to any employee of the Department of Public Works. Any duty prescribed herein to be performed by the Director of Public Works may be assigned to any employee of the Department of Public Works and the Director of Public Works shall establish and furnish to each such employee appropriate credentials to be used in the performance of his official duties.
