ARTICLE 1: GUAM ECOLOGY CORPS

The Guam Ecology Corps shall cooperate with all sector of the government of Guam in implementing its policies and carrying out the objectives of this Chapter. All departments, agencies, commissions, boards and authorities within the government of Guam, shall, whenever possible or feasible, cooperate with the Guam Ecology Corps in its efforts to protect and preserve the natural beauty and resources of the territory of Guam.
