ARTICLE 9: INSURANCE ADJUSTER LICENSING

No person shall make any adjustment under an insurance policy covering any hazards which are insured on Guam, unless he or she shall hold a license in accordance with this Article, or is exempt from licensure as an adjuster under this Article.
