ARTICLE 2: COMMERCIAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

Any employment agency which violates this Chapter is punishable upon conviction by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both.
