3 GCA § 18025: Index as Public Record; Fee.

Upon written demand of any member of the public, the Commission shall furnish to him or her one (1) copy of the index of the Chamorro Registry at a charge prescribed by the Commission. All moneys so collected shall be covered into the Treasury of the government of Guam.
