3 GCA § 5102: Regular Election for Other Officials.

On the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every even numbered year, a regular election shall be held to elect municipal and other public officials at large as heretofore or hereafter may be required by law in accordance with this Title. The terms of office for such officials shall be in accordance with the laws creating such elective Offices.
