3 GCA § 5104: Proclamation for Special Election.

At least thirty (30) days before any special election, I Maga’låhen Guåhan shall publish an election proclamation, and transmit copies to the Commission. The proclamation shall contain a statement of the date and time of election, and of the office or offices to be filled.
