3 GCA § 7101: Election Expenses.

All expenses authorized and necessarily incurred in the preparation or the conducting of elections as provided in this Title, shall be paid from appropriations by I Liheslaturan Guåhan (the Guam Legislature). All payments shall be made in the same manner as are other public expenditures.
