4 GCA § 1101: Prohibition: Misuse of Working Time.

During office hours all government employees shall devote their time to strictly government business. No clerical, stenographic or typing work of a private nature shall be performed by any employee for any private party during office hours, and if work is performed outside office hours no government typewriter or stationery shall be used for such work.
