4 GCA § 1107: Government of Guam Incentive Awards Program.

There is hereby established the “Government of Guam Incentive Awards Program” which shall provide for payment of cash awards to, and the honorary recognition of, employees of the government of Guam who by their specific ideas, suggestions, proposals, or inventions contribute to the greater efficiency, economy, an increase in government revenues, or other improvement of government operations as determined by the Department of Administration.
