Chapter 17: Catastrophic Leave Pool Act

The Department of Administration is authorized to establish and maintain a “ Catastrophic Leave Pool” into which shall be deposited donated sick leave hours. For the purposes of this Section, there shall be no limitation on the number of hours that can be donated to the Pool.
