4 GCA § 4108.1: Accrual of Sick Leave for Retirees Re-employed with the Government of Guam.

Retirees that are authorized to continue receiving their annuity payments while being reemployed in the government of Guam shall accrue sick leave benefits in the same manner as active employees of the Government of Guam. All laws, rules and regulations, with the exception of lumpsum payouts of sick leave, regarding the accrual, use and disposition of sick leave shall apply to retired employees who are rehired in the Government of Guam.
