4 GCA § 6207: Positions in I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi’s Office.

I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi is authorized to establish such positions as may be necessary for the operation of the Office of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, including off-island offices and Government House; provided, however, that no person shall be appointed to fill such a position in the absence of an appropriation to pay the salary set for such position. I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi shall set the salaries for positions for which salaries are not set by law, which shall be paid in twenty-six (26) biweekly equal installments from the date when such salary was set.
