ARTICLE 2: COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING

Within thirty (30) days after the hearing of the Plan or any of its elements, the Bureau shall submit to I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi its recommendation thereon including a summary of testimony at the hearing(s).
