ARTICLE 2: COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING

Within ten (10) calendar days of approval by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, the Plan or any of its elements shall be submitted to I Liheslatura for adoption. I Liheslatura shall review and approve or disapprove the Plan or any of its elements within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of its receipt. In the event of failure by I Liheslatura to act within such one hundred eighty (180) calendar day period, the Plan or any of its elements so submitted shall be deemed approved.
