5 GCA § 1701: External Relations Commission.

There is hereby created an External Relations Commission to be composed of nine members to be chosen as follows:

(a) Three members from I Liheslatura to be appointed by the Speaker;

(b) Three members are to be appointed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi;

(c) Three representatives of private industry within Guam to be appointed by the Speaker.
