ARTICLE 9: PACIFIC ISLANDS DEVELOPMENT BANK

I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, on behalf of the government of Guam, shall appoint one (1) person qualified to be representative of the Executive Branch on the Board of Governors of the Bank. One (1) person on the Board of Governors of the Bank shall be the Speaker or the Speaker’s designee, as the representative of I Liheslatura Branch.
