5 GCA § 20407: Record: Issuance and Effect of Guam Certificate.

Upon receiving the application accompanied by the fee, the Director shall cause the print, label, trademark, service mark or tradename to be filed with the Department of Commerce and shall issue to the regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this section in accordance with Guam’s Administrative Adjudication Law.
