ARTICLE 17: OPIOID PREVENTION AND TREATMENT ACT

This Act shall be known as the “ Opioid Prevention and Treatment Act.” The purpose of this Act is to provide for the use of dedicated revenue for treatment and prevention of opioid use disorder and co-occurring disorders.
