ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

I Maga’lahen Guåhan [Governor of Guam] shall designate, preferably during the month or week in which volunteers are recognized, one (1) day per year for recognition and appreciation of individuals serving on all boards and commissions.
