5 GCA § 5124: Exemptions.

Unless otherwise ordered by regulation of the Policy Office, with approval of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, the following supplies, and services need not be procured through the General Services Agency or the Department of Public Works, but shall nevertheless be procured by the appropriate Purchasing Agency subject to the requirements of this Chapter and the regulations promulgated by the Policy Office:

(a) works of art for museum and public display;

(b) published books, books or other regular publications published by any government agency, maps, periodicals and technical pamphlets; and

(c) architect, engineer and land surveying services as defined in § 5301 of this Chapter.

(d) investment agent services and actuary services for the Guam Retirement Fund.
