5 GCA § 52106: Carrying out of Approved Plan.

Upon the effective date of the statute approving the final plan, it shall be the duty of the Director of Public Works to put into effect the plan so approved and he shall thereupon:

(a) notify the occupants of those buildings properties for which numbers have been provided by said plan of their respective numbers; and

(b) in issuing building permits under the provisions of the Building Law of Guam, assign to such new buildings numbers which have been provided by said plan.
