5 GCA § 57102: Inventory of Public Vehicles.

The Director of the Department of Public Works shall maintain an inventory of all motor vehicles owned by the government of Guam, its various departments and agencies, including autonomous or semi-autonomous agencies. The inventory shall contain a description of the vehicle, its engine or serial number, the entity using the vehicle, the date the vehicle was acquired and placed in the inventory, the date the vehicle was removed from the inventory and the reason for removal.
