ARTICLE 2: AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE

Heavy duty tractors, plows, and other such equipment may be leased from private companies licensed by the Director of Agriculture so long as the lessee shall use such heavy equipment for agricultural land clearing and other agricultural purposes only.
