5 GCA § 66118: Severability.

The provisions of this Chapter are severable, and if any of its provi-sions or their application to any person or circumstances shall be held unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the decision of the court shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions or applications of this Chapter which can be given effect with-out the invalid provision or application.
