5 GCA § 80119: Rules & Regulations.

The Board shall prepare rules and regulations for the government of the Library System in pursuance to the provisions of this Chapter, including, if deemed desirable, provisions for the following: registration fees, deposits by borrowers, fines for failure to return borrowing on time, charges for damaged or destroyed borrowing, pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law.
