Chapter 85: Council on the Arts and Humanities

The Governor shall establish a revolving fund for the Council on the Arts and Humanities. The Council may then deposit in the revolving fund income generated from gallery commissions, season tickets and other fund-raising activities to be used to further art projects. Individual accounts may be opened under the revolving fund for specific projects.
