Notwithstanding the provisions of § 85A103 of this Chapter, up until December 31, 2025, the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA) may accept nominations, select, and present no more than eight (8) Guam Master Awards to account for award years 2018 and 2022.
