(a) CAHA staff shall review nomination packets to ensure criteria and guidelines have been met.
(b) A panel of experts, to be determined by CAHA based on the nominees’ disciplines, shall convene to verify authenticity and merit, and to narrow the pool of nominees.
(c) A panel of judges, to be determined by CAHA, shall convene to determine final recipients of the Guam Masters Award based on the Selection Criteria listed herein.
