7 GCA § 24101: Foreclosure of Mortgages.

Any action for the recovery of any debt, or the enforcement of any right secured by mortgage on real or personal property, must be in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. All actions for the foreclosure of a mort-gage or other encumbrance upon real estate must be brought in the Superior Court.
